Methods of Payment
Internet Purchases: We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express credit cards. We also accept purchases made on an open account with an authorized buyer and Purchase Order Number made by an organization. See Purchasing on Open Account.

Phone, Fax, or Mail order purchases: We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, money orders or personal checks.   We are happy to open charge accounts for qualifying schools, churches and other eligible institutions.  Please see below or call for more information. We do not ship C.O.D. Gift Cards can be redeemed through retail stores and mail orders only.

When shipping ANY order to Correctional Facilities, we only accept payment via check or money order.

Purchasing on Open Account
Qualifying schools, churches and other eligible institutions may charge their purchases on open account by phone, fax, mail or on the Internet. We ask that charter schools provide payment using a check or bank card. Our terms are net 30 days following date of invoice.  A service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be added to past due accounts.  For more information, or to receive a Credit Application, please call 1-800-322-3247, or e-mail your request. When applying for credit, please provide complete references.

Sales Tax For Indiana, Illinois & Ohio Residents Only
We will add 6% sales tax for orders shipped to Indiana residents. Illinois residents will be charged 6.25% sales tax. For orders shipped to Ohio residents, we will add 6% sales tax, plus county tax.

Minimum Order
To keep prices low, we require a minimum order of $25.00.

Special Charges
In the extremely rare event that an order requires extra fees, such as the North Carolina E-Procurement Program, we reserve the right to add on an appropriate service charge. Should this occur, we will notify you and will not process your order without your approval.
