	Step 1: Wet and stick 14 blue Nuudles in a row starting in the upper left corner of the white 20x30” board. Under the 14th blue Nuudle, make a row of 13 blue Nuudles at a °90 angle to the first row. Now, make a row of 13 blue Nuudles parallel to the first row. Lastly, add 12 blue Nuudles in a row, parallel to the second row. This will form the outline of a square.
	Step 2: Make a star field using 50 white Nuudles. The pattern is made from nine rows of alternating six and then five white Nuudles (6-5-6-5-6-5-6-5-6).
	Step 3: Fill in around the white Nuudle “stars” with blue Nuudles in all the blank spaces.
	Step 4: Add 13 stripes by alternating rows of red and white, each two Nuudles wide. To keep each stripe straight and uniform, it is best to start with the rows at the bottom of the flag first.
	Optional Tip 1: Try making this flag by sticking the Nuudles onto a window.
