	Step 1: With scissors, cut five circles (4", 3.5", 3", 2.5" and 2") each from a different color of tooling foil. Cut four wires (12", 11", 8" and 5") with nipper tool.
	Step 2: Use the flat nose pliers to make two 90° angles on one end of each of the wires (end will look like a "u").
	Step 3: Punch a hole ¼" from the edge of each circle.
	Step 4: Run the straight end of wire through the hole until the bent end touches the foil. Punch a second hole so the other side of the bent wire can slide through that hole.
	Step 5: Add 2" circle to the other end of the 5" wire.
	Step 6: To secure the wire to the circle, use pliers to bend the end of the wire, somewhat like a staple. Repeat with all circles.
	Step 7: With pliers, flatten the long wires.
	Step 8: Emboss each circle with a wooden scratch stick.
	Step 9: Make loops at the balance points on each of the four wires and on the ends of the three single-ended wires. Make three jump rings out of wire. Connect the three smallest wire-ends with the jump rings. String the largest to hang.
