General Materials:
Paint Brush
Scissors
Permanent Marker

Step 1: Cut 4" squares of felt and tooling foil.
Step 2: Brush glue onto foil.
Step 3: Place foil onto felt, glue side down.
Step 4: Draw shamrock onto foil with permanent marker.
Step 5: Cut out shamrock with scissors.
Step 6: Bend and crimp shamrock.
Step 7: Paint details with Touch Colors and set cabochons into the paint. Let paint dry.
Step 8: Glue pin back onto foil. Allow glue to dry.
