	Step 1: Take a picture, print it and cut it out.
	Step 2: Choose and cut out collage pieces that complement the portrait. The shapes should fit in an 8 x 9-3/4" rectangle.
	Step 3: Cut a background sheet of construction paper that measures 8 x 9-3/4". Glue the collage pieces and portrait to the background.
	Step 4: On white paper, draw a word bubble and quote with black marker. Cut it out and glue it to the collage.
	Step 5: Cut out a frame, with a 1-3/4" border, using Clear-Scratch Film.
	Step 6: Tape the Clear-Scratch to the collage and scratch a design on the film.
