Academic Advantage Homeschool High School Report Card

Pre-printed report card makes it easy for homeschool parents to keep track of final grades. Divided into two semesters, the report card has space for recording the average grade in terms 1 and 2, semester exam grade, final semester grade and number of credits earned for eight subjects. Features places for the student's name, grade, school year, your own grading scale and parent's signature. The back includes areas for recording the textbooks that were used. 8-1/2 x 11" gray cardstock folded to 5-1/2 x 11" size allows for four usable sides.
