Barn Owl Pellets

Weird science straight from the owl's mouth! Pellets are a natural teaching tool and a fantastic example of the food chain, the principles of ecology, animal structure and function, skeletal anatomy, and natural history! Barn owl pellets are balls of fur or feathers that contain bones and teeth of owl prey. They measure 1-1/2" long or greater in size, with the average size being 2-1/2 to 3-1/2" long. They are heat sterilized and individually wrapped in foil. Two per package. Great from kindergarten to the collegiate level.
