Mayco Sculpting Medium

Sculpting Medium is a dimensional "glaze" that produces a white, raised surface. A great use of sculpting medium is to add structured design elements to your work using stencils, lace, glaze writers and stamps. Can be brushed on or applied with a sponge. The recommended thickness is 1/16" to 1/8". The fired finish can be coarse and have rough edges; a layer of clear glaze will smooth these edges. Firing range is cone 06-05. 4 oz. jar. AP Seal, non-toxic.

 

Not recommended for surfaces which come into contact with food due to surface characteristics.
