Pennant Party EZ Border by Creative Teaching Press

A party isn't complete without pennants! This festive pennant party border depicts a rainbow of colored pennants on a black string with black pom-pom accents. The versatile color palette will nicely accent any birthday or other celebratory display. EZ borders come in smaller strips, which are easier to manage and store.
