Speedball Fabric Screen Printing Ink Transparent Base

Formulated to create a more transparent color, or to thin and extend ink.  Use with Speedball Fabric Screen Printing Ink or any permanent acrylic screen printing ink.  Only 10-15% mixture is recommended.  Cleans up with soap and water while still wet.  Quart. AP Seal, non-toxic.
