Introduce your class to animal sculptures with Cellfoam! Templates for a bunny, giraffe, and elephant available in our step-by-step instructions.


Steps

  • Step 1
    Print the rabbit body pattern template and leg pattern template. Arrange the templates on top of the Cellfoam so that all the parts can be cut from one sheet. With a pen or pencil, trace the templates on top of the Cellfoam, including the heavy lines. With scissors or a craft knife, carefully cut out each piece. On the heavy lines, cut a thin slit that equals the width of the Cellfoam.
  • Step 2
    Decorate foam pieces with permanent markers. Glue on movable eyes, a pom nose, a craft fluff tail, ears and tummy, plus chenille stem cheeks and outlines, if desired.

    Step 3
    Fit arms and legs into the appropriate slits on the body. Fit the egg into the slits on the arms

    Print out this template to make a giraffe: pattern template.

    Print out these templates to make an elephant: head and ear pattern template and body and leg pattern template.
