Create your own Madras inspired Easter eggs - with styrofoam eggs and tissue paper!

  • Step 1
Select one or more pieces of tissue.
  • Step 2
    Tear the tissue into pieces.
  • Step 3
Place one end of the egg on a wood scratch stick. The scratch stick will help you hold the egg while decoupaging during Step 4.

  • Step 4
Hold the scratch stick. With a paint brush, apply Liquitex Gloss Medium to the egg, adhere tissue pieces onto the medium and repeat until entire egg is covered.
  • Step 5
Unbend a paper clip and form it into the shape of a "U". Tie a piece of string or yarn around the looped end of the paper clip.
  • Step 6
Once the tissue is dry, insert the paper clip into one end of the egg to complete.
