Kanthal A-1 element wire is pinned inside premium, 2-1/2" thick, refractory firebricks to ensure long element life. Construction design permits easy brick and element replacement and includes air-cooled switch boxes and convenient power-on lights. Features AMACO's state-of-the-art Select Fire control for convenient, efficient firings. The EX-270 offers a 7 cubic foot firing chamber that is 23-3/8" in diameter by 27" high. The exterior measures 35" wide by 31" deep by 42-3/4" high. EZ-Lift lid has a heavy duty spring loaded hinge that provides effortless opening and closing. The maximum firing temperature is Cone 6 (2269 degrees F). UL and cUL list for electrical safety. Single phase, 208 volts, 48.0 amps. Includes a 2-year, limited manufacturer's warranty.
