Paint, draw or gather images of things that are important to you, and display them in a bell jar.

Steps

• Step 1
  Draw your bell jar shape on a piece of mixed media paper.



• Step 2
  Place a sheet of Clear Overlay Film on top of the mixed media paper. Using a silver sharpie, copy the outline of the bell jar. Cut out the jar shape from the film and set aside.


• Step 3
  Bell jars are used to protect important and delicate items. Think about what’s important to you. What will you put in your bell jar? Paint, draw or cut out collage images to put inside your bell jar. Color or paint the background inside the bell jar. Glue items to the mixed media paper inside the jar shape.


• Step 4
  Create the background outside the jar.



• Step 5
  Using clear glue, attach the Clear Overlay Film bell jar to the mixed media paper. Add highlights to the jar with silver Sharpie.
