Use mini craft sticks and antique paper to create your own flying machine! This project also has an instructional video available!
Steps
- Step 1Using Creativity Street mini craft sticks, design and construct a base for your flying machine. Mini craft sticks can be easily cut with scissors and glued with any white glue. Make sure you leave a space on the sides wide enough to glue on wings and a space to glue on the tail.
- Step 2Fold a piece of Roylco antique paper in half. Draw half of a tail design on the fold and one wing (not on the fold). Cut out the pieces.
- Step 3On the back side of the wings and tail, draw lines where the wooden reinforcements will go for added stability.
- Step 4Cut mini craft sticks to the lengths drawn and glue them to the paper.
- Step 5Glue the wings and tail to the base structure.
