Hygloss Collage Trays or Paper Plates
9x12" Mixed Media Paper

Steps
- Step 1Cut out the center of the collage tray (or paper plate) with scissors or a craft knife, and set aside.
- Step 2Use tempera paint to give the porthole window a rim and some bolts.
- Step 3Draw a sandy "ground" and other background pieces on the center circle that was cut out in Step 1. Next cut them apart and paint each piece.
- Step 4Paint a blue background on a 9x12” sheet of mixed media paper.
- Step 5Glue the porthole to the background sheet, then glue in the sandy ground piece.
- Step 6Attach the rest of the pieces with glue. Finish by cutting off the excess paper on the outside of the porthole.
