Use felt, tooling foil and fabric paint to create your own "good luck charm"! This project also has an instructional video available!

Steps

• Step 1
  Start with a 9x12" piece of green felt. Cut out a 9x12" piece of tooling foil.
• Step 2
  Apply a generous coat of glue to the foil, using a brush to even out the coverage. Press the felt piece into the glue. Allow to dry overnight.
• Step 3
  Cut the felted foil into 6-8 pieces, depending on how big you want your shamrocks to be. Draw a shamrock onto foil with permanent marker.
• Step 4
  Cut out shamrock with scissors.
• Step 5
  Bend and crimp shamrock. Shape with tooling foil tools if desired.
• Step 6
  Paint details with Tulip Slick Dimensional Fabric Paint and set glass gem stones or glass beads into the paint. Let paint dry.
• Step 7
  Glue pin back onto foil. Allow glue to dry.
