- Step 1Using Chromacryl Students' Neon Acrylic, paint 18 straws; 3 each of all 6 colors. Some colors may require more than one coat.
- Step 2Paint a 6" square of chipboard with black paint. Once paint is dry, cut straws to different lengths and glue the first layer of your design on to the chipboard. Using a high quality glue like Aleene's Tacky Glue will help.
- Step 3Glue more straws on top of the first layer.
- Step 4Continue adding more layers as desired to finish the 3D sculpture.
