Use paint markers and wood shapes to create your own Pennsylvania Dutch hex sign!
Steps
- Step 1With a stencil or compass, draw a 6" circle on a 6x6" piece of chipboard. Cut the circle out with scissors or a craft knife.
- Step 2Color the chipboard circle base with paint marker. Decide on Pennsylvania Dutch design and gather wooden shapes. Color wood pieces with paint marker.
- Step 3Once dry, glue painted wooden shapes to the circle base.
- Step 4Continue coloring and gluing wooden shapes to the base. Cut smaller shapes from larger shapes if necessary.
- Step 5Color and glue the last pieces to finish the design. Allow glue to dry.
