Createx Monotype Base

Print on paper! Used with Createx Monotype Colors to assist in the release of painted images from a non-porous surface. Create translucent effects, or mix lighter color values. Mix equal amounts of base and monotype paint for best results. Or, add additional base to experiment with fantastic watercolor effects. Quart. Non-toxic, conforms to ASTM D4236.
