Dynasty #2157 Fine Red Sable Watercolor Brush Round Size 12

Before starting a watercolor course I gathered the supplies recommended, including a #12 Sable brush. This brush turned out to be almost useless. It immediately lost it's shape, doesn't hold enough paint, doesn't pick up extra water/paint, and separates easily. I now believe you get what you pay for. I should have gone with a more expensive Kaminsky brush to begin with, or else a good synthetic. I'll use this Dynasty brush only to wet the paper.
