Foam Board White 25-Count Package 3/16 x 20 x 30"

(1) I ordered 25 Elmer's 3/16X20X30 FOAM BOARDS but I received 25 "Fome-Cor PRO" 20X30 FOAM BOARDS. No one from your company contacted me to advise me that I was being sent substitute white boards. I ordered Elmer's white boards and that is what I expected to receive. (2) The boards were packed in a shipping box that was too small because there was no space to add insulation between the white boards and the inside of the shipping container, they were shipped in to protect the white boards. The shipping container was damaged on both ends and about half of the white boards were damaged on both ends because they were not properly packaged for shipping. I gave you folks a low rating because I did not receive the correct white boards and the boards, I did receive were damaged because of how they were packaged for shipping. - - - - - - - From UnitedNow.com: From UnitedNow.com: We apologize that you received damaged product, and that it was not what you thought it would be.
