Tulip Electric Neons Dye Kit

Create bright, neon designs with the fabric dyes in this kit. Dyes work well with synthetic and natural fibers, and the colors glow under black light. No need to add water, the bottles are ready to use with just a few shakes. Complete kit includes 4 oz. squeeze bottles of neon green, neon orange, neon pink and neon yellow dyes, plus 1 pair of gloves, 10 rubber bands and an idea guide.
