All-steel paper cutter makes dispensing paper from rolls neat and quick. Double-edged, tempered cutting blade remains in correct cutting position to the last sheet. Cutter can stand alone or be fastened to a wall or table. Will hold 36" wide rolls up to 9" in diameter, on a 3" core. Gray, baked-on finish. Paper not included.
