Dry mixing colors will create true secondary colors. Colors will also layer easily without a waxy, crumbly buildup. Water-soluble formula allows students to add water for interesting depth and blending effects: dip them in water to use as paint sticks, wet the paper before drawing on it, or brush your drawing with a wet brush.
