Features a 2-piece "Congrats Grads" header, 7 graduation-year balloon accent pieces, 30 graduation cap accents and 26 accents in assorted sizes. Graduation year balloons include 2 each of the number 2, and one each of the numbers 0, 5, 6, 7 and 8, allowing the kit to be used from 2025 through 2028.
