Draw attention to bulletin boards or windows with this unique chalk border! Each lightbulb on this border has a yellow chalk-like glow to "light up" your display. EZ borders come in smaller strips, which are easier to manage and store. Strips measure 2-3/4" tall and 2 feet long. Each package contains 24 strips for 48 feet in all, enough to complete 2 full bulletin boards.
