Metal pencil sharpener is encased in a durable plastic shavings receptacle. Round bottom twists off to empty the shavings. Locks in place when screwed back on, so it won't accidentally pop off and spill shavings. Measures 1-1/8" in diameter and 2-1/4" tall.
