Metal pencil sharpeners are encased in a durable plastic shavings receptacle. Features 2 sizes, for regular and large size pencils. Round bottom twists off to empty the shavings. Locks in place when screwed back on, so it won't accidentally pop off and spill shavings. Measures 1-1/2" in diameter and 2-3/4" tall.
