Mayco Stoneware Glaze Alabaster Pint

Stoneware glazes are striking whether used alone or in combination with other glazes. Glaze won't run off your piece. Formulated for mid-range and high-fire clay bodies. Apply to bisque and fire to Cone 5 or 6; can also be high fired to Cone 9 or 10. At Cone 6, Alabaster is a white soft matte glaze that breaks over texture. At Cone 10, color darkens to variegated light gray/purple. When using this glaze, you will be able to pick up the characteristics of the clay body due to its white, semi-opaque, satin finish. Pint.
