Mayco Stoneware Glaze Black Walnut Pint

Stoneware glazes are striking whether used alone or in combination with other glazes. Glaze will break over textures, revealing secondary colors and shades, but won't run off your piece. Formulated for mid-range and high-fire clay bodies. Apply to bisque and fire to Cone 5 or 6; can also be high fired to Cone 9 or 10. At Cone 6, Black Walnut is a dark brown soft matte glaze that breaks a rich warm brown. The thinner the application, the lighter brown the color. The thicker the application, the darker the brown color. For a saturated opaque finish, apply 4 or more coats. Has a satin finish. Pint.
