Mayco Stoneware Glaze Norse Blue Pint

Stoneware glazes are striking whether used alone or in combination with other glazes. Glaze will break over textures, revealing secondary colors and shades, but won't run off your piece. Formulated for mid-range and high-fire clay bodies. Apply to bisque and fire to Cone 5 or 6; can also be high fired to Cone 9 or 10. At Cone 6, Norse Blue is a semi-opaque blue gloss glaze that displays shades of light blue and green. The variation of glaze depends on application. The thicker the application, the more homogenous the color will be. The glaze will break translucent where thinner and pool darker around surface textures. At Cone 10, the color darkens. Pint.
