Mayco Stoneware Glaze Opal Lustre Pint

Stoneware glazes are striking whether used alone or in combination with other glazes. Glaze won't run off your piece. Formulated for mid-range and high-fire clay bodies. Apply to bisque and fire to Cone 5 or 6; can also be high fired to Cone 9 or 10. At Cone 6, Opal Lustre is a glossy, semi-opaque glaze that displays variegated shades of blues, greens, and purples. Breaks warm brown over texture. At Cone 10, color flattens, and warm undertones come through. Glaze is stable at 3 coats. Additional coats or increased application thickness may result in movement.
