Large oval size, with 18.5 cubic feet of space, handles big loads. Features "Zone Control" to help even out the heat uniformity of unbalanced loads. Easy-open, lightweight fiber lid and base insert also improve heat distribution. Three phase, with 3" insulated firebrick that helps prevent heat loss for more efficient firings.
