Poster or Railroad Board
Start with railroad or poster board and use mosaics to create a mosaic tile!
Steps
- Step 1Choose an assortment of mosaic pieces that will look appealing on the tile.
- Step 2Glue the Clearly Mosaics pieces onto the poster board in your desired pattern. Glue pieces approximately 1/8" apart, leaving a gap for the grout.
- Step 3Mix the grout, according to the directions on the package, to a putty-like consistency.
- Step 4Spread the grout onto the tile, filling in the cracks between the Clearly Mosaics pieces. Be sure to cover all the areas on the tile.
- Step 5Wait 10 minutes for the grout to set.
- Step 6Take a moist sponge and wipe the extra grout from the mosaic pieces.
