Matte Mod Podge

Brayer

Mixing Tray

9x12" Construction Paper, assorted colors

Scissors

Just use paper to make your own fish in an aquarium!

Step 1
Design and cut out pieces of picture, then put pieces to the side.
Step 2
Roll out a thin layer of Mod Podge onto a piece of base paper with the hard acrylic brayer.
Step 3
Lay background pieces of paper on the base paper. Apply a second layer of Mod Podge.
Step 4
Repeat step three with additional layers until design is complete.
Optional Tip 1
Sprinkle glitter onto Mod Podge and pat gently to set the glitter.
