Fine Point Black Permanent Marker

Assorted Color Permanent Markers

Learn about and celebrate Day of the Dead by coloring a vibrant skull mask! This project also has an instructional video available!

Step 1
Form the nose. On the inside of the mask, gather and tape the three slits at the top and the ones under the nose and mouth. Do not tape the side slits.
Step 2
Using the side slits as a starting point, fold back the sides of the mask, at the same angle, to form the jaw. Tape the folded part to the inside of the mask.
Step 3
Next, use a Sharpie to outline designs on the mask.
Step 4
Color in the black outline with permanent markers to finish. String to wear.
