Use copper wire and tumbled glass to make this fun suncatcher! This project also has an instructional video available!
Steps
- Step 1Create a frame with 14- or 16-gauge copper wire.
- Step 2Select tumbled glass pieces and arrange them inside the frame.
- Step 3One by one, wrap the glass pieces into your frame with 18- or 20-gauge wire. Use pliers if necessary.
- Step 4You may want to use additional wire to enhance the design, as well as a Coiling Gizmo or Wire Twister to shape the additional wire strands. Once your design is finished, add a piece of string and hang.
